Machine Low Row
A primary horizontal pull movement for back.

Set up
Set the seat so the handles track toward the lower ribs.
Execute
Row with a supported torso and return until the shoulder blades move forward.
Complete the final repetition with the same controlled path, then return the load safely.
Coaching cues
- Pull low toward the waist.
- Use a repeatable range.
Common mistakes
- Rocking the torso or curling the wrists.
- Adding load after position or control is lost.
