Deficit Barbell Deadlift

Set up
Prepare the deficit barbell deadlift station and choose a load that permits full control.
Execute
Stand on a low stable platform that preserves the starting position
Complete the final repetition with the same controlled path, then return the load safely.

- Use a repeatable pain-free range.
Common mistakes
- Choosing a platform too high to brace
- Adding load after position or control is lost.
