Barbell Rack Pull
A primary hinge movement for back, glutes.

Set up
Prepare the barbell rack pull station and choose a load that permits full control.
Execute
Set the safeties evenly below or near the knee
Complete the final repetition with the same controlled path, then return the load safely.

- Keep the bar close
- Use a repeatable pain-free range.
Common mistakes
- Leaning backward at lockout
- Adding load after position or control is lost.
