Cable Upright Row

Set up
Hold a low cable attachment with a comfortable grip and stand tall.
Execute
Pull upward with elbows leading only to a comfortable height, then lower slowly.
Complete the final repetition with the same controlled path, then return the load safely.

- Stop below discomfort.
- Use a repeatable range.
Common mistakes
- Using a narrow painful grip or raising beyond shoulder comfort.
- Adding load after position or control is lost.
