Set up
Prepare the cross-body cable lateral raise station and choose a load that permits full control.
Execute
Start with the low cable crossing in front of the body and raise outward
Complete the final repetition with the same controlled path, then return the load safely.

- Lead with the elbow
- Use a repeatable pain-free range.
Common mistakes
- Rotating or leaning away excessively
- Adding load after position or control is lost.
