Set up
Prepare the cross-body cable rear-delt fly station and choose a load that permits full control.
Execute
Reach across for a shoulder-height cable and open the arm without trunk rotation
Complete the final repetition with the same controlled path, then return the load safely.

- Keep the elbow softly bent
- Use a repeatable pain-free range.

- Twisting to create range
