Cable Front Raise

Set up
Stand over or just ahead of a low cable with the attachment at the thighs.
Execute
Raise the arms forward to a comfortable height and lower under tension.
Complete the final repetition with the same controlled path, then return the load safely.
Coaching cues
- Keep ribs stacked.
- Use a repeatable range.
Common mistakes
- Leaning backward or swinging the attachment.
- Adding load after position or control is lost.
