Set up
Set a low cable and stand where tension begins with the arm near the side.
Execute
Raise the arm outward with a soft elbow and quiet torso.
Lower slowly until the cable remains lightly tensioned.

- Lead with the elbow.
- Stay tall.
Common mistakes
- Shrugging to lift the handle.
- Leaning away more on each rep.
