V-Squat Machine
A primary squat movement for quadriceps, glutes.

Set up
Set the shoulder pads and foot position to match the machine arc.
Execute
Lower with the torso supported, then stand by pressing evenly through both feet.
Complete the final repetition with the same controlled path, then return the load safely.
Coaching cues
- Follow the lever path.
- Use a repeatable range.
Common mistakes
- Bouncing from the bottom or forcefully locking the knees.
- Adding load after position or control is lost.
