Set up
Secure the belt and stand centered over the loading point.
Execute
Squat while allowing the hips and knees to bend together.
Rise to a tall stance without leaning on the hand supports.
Coaching cues
- Stay centered.
- Drive evenly through both feet.
Common mistakes
- Using the handles to pull through the rep.
- Standing off-center from the cable.
