Straight-Arm Cable Pulldown
A secondary vertical pull movement for back.

Set up
Stand back from a high cable with arms long and torso braced.
Execute
Sweep the attachment toward the thighs while keeping a soft elbow.
Return overhead without letting the ribs flare.
Coaching cues
- Move from the shoulders.
- Keep the rope away from the body.
Common mistakes
- Turning the movement into a triceps pressdown.
- Using torso momentum.
