Set up
Secure a band overhead and sit where both sides begin with equal tension.
Execute
Pull the hands toward the upper chest while the torso stays tall.
Return the arms overhead slowly without allowing the anchor to shift.

- Keep the neck relaxed.

- Using an unverified anchor.
