Single-Arm Lat Pulldown
A secondary vertical pull movement for back.

Set up
Set a single handle overhead and sit or kneel in a stable position.
Execute
Pull the elbow down toward the side without twisting.
Return the arm overhead through a controlled stretch.
Coaching cues
- Elbow toward hip.
- Keep ribs level.
Common mistakes
- Rotating the torso toward the cable.
- Curling the handle rather than moving the elbow.
