Single-Arm Cable Triceps Extension

Set up
Set a single handle above shoulder height and place the upper arm near the torso.
Execute
Extend the elbow without moving the shoulder, then return slowly.
Complete the final repetition with the same controlled path, then return the load safely.
Coaching cues
- Keep the elbow pinned.
- Use a repeatable range.
Common mistakes
- Rotating the torso or snapping into lockout.
- Adding load after position or control is lost.
