Reverse Hyperextension Machine
A secondary hinge movement for glutes, hamstrings.

Set up
Set the torso securely on the pad and attach the foot or ankle restraint.
Execute
Extend the legs until aligned with the torso, then lower without swinging.
Complete the final repetition with the same controlled path, then return the load safely.
Coaching cues
- Finish at body level.
- Use a repeatable range.
Common mistakes
- Using momentum or lifting past a neutral trunk line.
- Adding load after position or control is lost.
