Barbell Good Morning
A secondary hinge movement for hamstrings, glutes.

Set up
Set the bar securely and unlock the knees.
Execute
Push the hips back while maintaining a braced torso.
Reverse when hamstring tension is high and the spine remains controlled.

- Turning the movement into a squat.
