Resistance-Band Good Morning
A secondary hinge movement for hamstrings, glutes.

Set up
Set up in a clear space and inspect every contact point before starting.
Execute
Stand on a band looped across the upper back, hinge the hips backward, and return tall.
Complete the final repetition with the same controlled range, then exit the position safely.

- Keep tension through the feet.
- Use a repeatable, pain-free range.
Common mistakes
- Placing the band on the neck or rounding the back.
- Continuing after position, control, or equipment security is lost.
