Overhead Cable Triceps Extension

Set up
Face away from a high cable with the rope behind the head.
Execute
Set the upper arms and extend the elbows forward.
Return until the triceps are lengthened while the torso remains braced.
Coaching cues
- Elbows point forward.
- Keep ribs down.
Common mistakes
- Moving the shoulders instead of the elbows.
- Arching the back for extra range.
