Machine Reverse Lunge
A secondary lunge movement for quadriceps, glutes.

Set up
Set the machine support and establish a stable split stance.
Execute
Step or glide backward, lower over the front leg, and return through the front foot.
Complete the final repetition with the same controlled path, then return the load safely.
Coaching cues
- Front foot stays heavy.
- Use a repeatable range.
Common mistakes
- Pushing mainly from the rear leg or twisting the pelvis.
- Adding load after position or control is lost.
