Barbell Reverse Lunge
A secondary lunge movement for quadriceps, glutes.

Set up
Set the bar securely and establish a stable standing position.
Execute
Reach one leg back and descend while the front foot remains planted.
Drive back to standing before switching or repeating sides.

- Brace before stepping.
- Control the return.

- Taking a step too short for stable knee motion.
- Twisting under the bar.
