Set up
Adjust the seat so the pads contact the outer arms above the elbows.
Execute
Raise the arms outward through a comfortable arc and lower slowly.
Complete the final repetition with the same controlled path, then return the load safely.

- Lead with the elbows.
- Use a repeatable range.
Common mistakes
- Shrugging or lifting the torso from the seat.
- Adding load after position or control is lost.
