Set up
Adjust the seat and handles so the arms begin comfortably beside the torso.
Execute
Raise along the machine arc and return without the stack landing.
Complete the final repetition with the same controlled path, then return the load safely.

- Stay against the pad.
- Use a repeatable range.
Common mistakes
- Shrugging or forcing the arms above a comfortable height.
- Adding load after position or control is lost.
