Banded Lateral Raise

Set up
Set up in a clear space and inspect every contact point before starting.
Execute
Stand on the center of the band and raise the arms outward with soft elbows.
Complete the final repetition with the same controlled range, then exit the position safely.
Coaching cues
- Use even tension on both sides.
- Use a repeatable, pain-free range.
Common mistakes
- Shrugging or choosing a band too strong to control.
- Continuing after position, control, or equipment security is lost.
