Kneeling Push-Up
A secondary horizontal push movement for chest, triceps.

Set up
Set up in a clear space and inspect every contact point before starting.
Execute
Set knees down with a straight knee-to-head line, lower the chest, and press smoothly.
Complete the final repetition with the same controlled range, then exit the position safely.
Coaching cues
- Move the torso as one piece.
- Use a repeatable, pain-free range.
Common mistakes
- Hinging at the hips instead of bending the elbows.
- Continuing after position, control, or equipment security is lost.
