Incline Push-Up
A secondary horizontal push movement for chest, triceps.

Set up
Set up in a clear space and inspect every contact point before starting.
Execute
Place hands on a stable elevated surface, lower the chest as one unit, and press away.
Complete the final repetition with the same controlled range, then exit the position safely.
Coaching cues
- Keep a straight head-to-heel line.
- Use a repeatable, pain-free range.
Common mistakes
- Using an unstable surface or letting the hips sag.
- Continuing after position, control, or equipment security is lost.
