Resistance-Band Floor Press
A secondary horizontal push movement for chest, triceps.

Set up
Set up in a clear space and inspect every contact point before starting.
Execute
Lie over a band across the upper back, grip each end, and press upward from the floor.
Complete the final repetition with the same controlled range, then exit the position safely.
Coaching cues
- Keep wrists stacked.
- Use a repeatable, pain-free range.
Common mistakes
- Positioning the band on the neck or letting it abrade.
- Continuing after position, control, or equipment security is lost.
