Feet-Elevated Glute Bridge
A secondary hinge movement for glutes, hamstrings.

Set up
Set up in a clear space and inspect every contact point before starting.
Execute
Place both heels on a stable low surface and lift the hips to a straight trunk line.
Complete the final repetition with the same controlled range, then exit the position safely.

- Drive through the heels.
- Use a repeatable, pain-free range.
Common mistakes
- Using a surface that can slide.
- Continuing after position, control, or equipment security is lost.
