Cable Pull-Through

Set up
Face away from a low cable and step forward with the rope between the legs.
Execute
Let the hips travel back while keeping the arms passive.
Drive the hips forward and finish tall without leaning back.
Coaching cues
- Reach hips toward the stack.
- Squeeze to tall.
Common mistakes
- Pulling the rope with the arms.
- Overextending the low back at the finish.
