Low-to-High Cable Fly

Set up
Set both pulleys low and take a centered staggered stance.
Execute
Sweep the handles upward and inward with softly fixed elbows, then open slowly.
Complete the final repetition with the same controlled path, then return the load safely.
Coaching cues
- Finish near upper chest height.
- Use a repeatable range.
Common mistakes
- Turning the movement into a press or shrugging.
- Adding load after position or control is lost.
