High-to-Low Cable Fly

Set up
Set both pulleys high and step forward into a stable stance.
Execute
Sweep the handles downward and inward, then return until the chest is comfortably loaded.
Complete the final repetition with the same controlled path, then return the load safely.
Coaching cues
- Trace a downward arc.
- Use a repeatable range.
Common mistakes
- Bending the elbows repeatedly or leaning farther each rep.
- Adding load after position or control is lost.
