Standing Cable Chest Press
A secondary horizontal push movement for chest.

Set up
Set both handles near chest height and take a staggered stance.
Execute
Press forward while the torso remains still.
Return the handles until the chest is comfortably loaded.
Coaching cues
- Ribs stacked over pelvis.
- Reach forward without shrugging.
Common mistakes
- Leaning farther forward each rep.
- Letting the elbows travel far behind control.
