Set up
Set up in a clear space and inspect every contact point before starting.
Execute
Rise onto the balls of both feet, pause, and lower the heels under control.
Complete the final repetition with the same controlled range, then exit the position safely.

- Move straight upward.
- Use a repeatable, pain-free range.
Common mistakes
- Bouncing or rolling onto the outer feet.
- Continuing after position, control, or equipment security is lost.
