Banded Calf Raise

Set up
Set up in a clear space and inspect every contact point before starting.
Execute
Hold a band under both forefeet with upward tension and raise the heels under control.
Complete the final repetition with the same controlled range, then exit the position safely.

- Letting the band slip or bouncing.
