Standing Resistance-Band Row
A secondary horizontal pull movement for back, biceps.

Set up
Set up in a clear space and inspect every contact point before starting.
Execute
Secure the band in front at mid-torso height and row while maintaining a stable stance.
Complete the final repetition with the same controlled range, then exit the position safely.

- Check the anchor before pulling.
- Use a repeatable, pain-free range.
Common mistakes
- Using an insecure anchor or leaning backward.
- Continuing after position, control, or equipment security is lost.
