Seated Resistance-Band Row
A secondary horizontal pull movement for back, biceps.

Set up
Set up in a clear space and inspect every contact point before starting.
Execute
Sit tall with the band secured around the feet and row the hands toward the ribs.
Complete the final repetition with the same controlled range, then exit the position safely.
Coaching cues
- Keep band placement across the midfoot.
- Use a repeatable, pain-free range.
Common mistakes
- Wrapping the band where it can slip from the feet.
- Continuing after position, control, or equipment security is lost.
