Kneeling Banded Lat Pulldown
A secondary vertical pull movement for back, biceps.

Set up
Set up in a clear space and inspect every contact point before starting.
Execute
Secure the band overhead, kneel beneath it, and pull the elbows toward the sides.
Complete the final repetition with the same controlled range, then exit the position safely.

- Verify the overhead anchor.
- Use a repeatable, pain-free range.
Common mistakes
- Using a door or attachment that can release.
- Continuing after position, control, or equipment security is lost.
