Wide Push-Up
A secondary horizontal push movement for chest.

Set up
Set up in a clear space and inspect every contact point before starting.
Execute
Set hands moderately wider than shoulders, lower within a comfortable range, and press away.
Complete the final repetition with the same controlled range, then exit the position safely.

- Keep shoulders controlled.
- Use a repeatable, pain-free range.
Common mistakes
- Flaring excessively or forcing bottom range.
- Continuing after position, control, or equipment security is lost.
