Incline Cable Chest Press
A secondary horizontal push movement for chest.

Set up
Place an incline bench centered between low cables and bring handles to the shoulders.
Execute
Press upward along the bench angle and return with both forearms controlled.
Complete the final repetition with the same controlled path, then return the load safely.

- Stay centered between stacks.
- Use a repeatable range.
Common mistakes
- Using mismatched cable heights or excessive shoulder depth.
- Adding load after position or control is lost.
