Underhand Barbell Row
A primary horizontal pull movement for back.

Set up
Prepare the underhand barbell row station and choose a load that permits full control.
Execute
Use a comfortable supinated grip and hold a stable hinge
Complete the final repetition with the same controlled path, then return the load safely.
Coaching cues
- Pull toward the lower torso
- Use a repeatable pain-free range.
Common mistakes
- Letting wrists fold or torso rise
- Adding load after position or control is lost.
