Barbell Bent-Over Row
A primary horizontal pull movement for back.

Set up
Hinge to a stable torso angle with the bar hanging below the shoulders.
Execute
Row toward the lower ribs while holding the torso position.
Lower the bar fully without losing the brace.
Coaching cues
- Freeze the torso angle.
- Bring the bar to you.
Common mistakes
- Standing taller on every rep.
- Using a grip that prevents a controlled touch point.
