Set up
Adjust the shoulder pads and place the balls of both feet on the step.
Execute
Raise the heels, pause, and lower into a comfortable stretch.
Complete the final repetition with the same controlled path, then return the load safely.

Common mistakes
- Bending the knees repeatedly or bouncing through the bottom.
- Adding load after position or control is lost.
