Standing Cable Hip Adduction

Set up
Attach an ankle cuff and stand side-on with the working leg nearest the stack.
Execute
Draw the leg across toward midline while the torso remains tall.
Complete the final repetition with the same controlled path, then return the load safely.

- Keep the pelvis level.
- Use a repeatable range.
Common mistakes
- Rotating the hips or using momentum.
- Adding load after position or control is lost.
