Banded Standing Hip Abduction

Set up
Set up in a clear space and inspect every contact point before starting.
Execute
Anchor a band around the ankles, use stable support, and move one leg outward without leaning.
Complete the final repetition with the same controlled range, then exit the position safely.

- Swinging the leg or standing on an unstable object.
