Standing Cable Hip Abduction

Set up
Attach an ankle cuff to a low cable and hold a stable support.
Execute
Move the working leg outward without tilting, then return slowly.
Complete the final repetition with the same controlled path, then return the load safely.

- Keep toes forward.
- Use a repeatable range.
Common mistakes
- Leaning away or turning the movement into a hip swing.
- Adding load after position or control is lost.
