Single-Leg Seated Curl

Set up
Align one knee with the pivot and secure the thigh pad.
Execute
Curl the lower leg down and return until the hamstring is comfortably lengthened.
Complete the final repetition with the same controlled path, then return the load safely.

- Pin the thigh down.
- Use a repeatable range.

- Rotating the pelvis or dropping the stack.
- Adding load after position or control is lost.
