Kneeling Leg Curl Machine

Set up
Set the support pad and align the working knee with the machine pivot.
Execute
Curl the heel upward while the hips remain square, then lower slowly.
Complete the final repetition with the same controlled path, then return the load safely.

Common mistakes
- Arching the back or lifting the support-side hip.
- Adding load after position or control is lost.
