Set up
Lie with the knees near the machine pivot and pad above the heels.
Execute
Curl toward the glutes while keeping the pelvis on the pad.
Lower to a long-leg position without losing control.

- Keep hips heavy.
- Curl smoothly.
Common mistakes
- Arching the back to lift the pad.
- Stopping the lowering phase early.
