Single-Leg Glute Bridge
A secondary hinge movement for glutes.

Set up
Set up in a clear space and inspect every contact point before starting.
Execute
Plant one foot, brace, and lift the pelvis without rotating before lowering slowly.
Complete the final repetition with the same controlled range, then exit the position safely.
Coaching cues
- Keep the hips level.
- Use a repeatable, pain-free range.
Common mistakes
- Arching the back or pushing from the lifted leg.
- Continuing after position, control, or equipment security is lost.
