Banded Glute Bridge
A secondary hinge movement for glutes.

Set up
Set up in a clear space and inspect every contact point before starting.
Execute
Place a loop band above the knees, press gently outward, and bridge the hips upward.
Complete the final repetition with the same controlled range, then exit the position safely.
Coaching cues
- Keep knees aligned over feet.
- Use a repeatable, pain-free range.
Common mistakes
- Letting the knees collapse or overextending the back.
- Continuing after position, control, or equipment security is lost.
