Single-Arm Cable Chest Press
A secondary horizontal push movement for chest.

Set up
Stand facing away from a chest-height cable in a stable split stance.
Execute
Press one handle forward without rotating and return under tension.
Complete the final repetition with the same controlled path, then return the load safely.
Coaching cues
- Keep ribs and hips square.
- Use a repeatable range.
Common mistakes
- Leaning or turning to finish the rep.
- Adding load after position or control is lost.
